Pfizer CDI’s Start4Health challenge is back

The Pfizer Center for Digital Innovation in Thessaloniki, in collaboration with SciCo and Found.ation, invites the Greek startup ecosystem to carve the future of healthcare through Digital Innovation with their visionary ideas in the second iteration of the Start4Health challenge.

We seek a wider range of solutions, beyond digital healthcare and across the entire value chain of digital innovation in the pharmaceutical industry. We invite to accept the challenge, all the greek startups that work on the following four thematic pillars:

  • eHealth: solutions that improve patients’ lives through the use of technology ranging from digital biomarkers, diagnostics and therapeutics, biomedical devices, health literacy to clinical decision support systems.
  • Bioinformatics: computational techniques, algorithms, and platforms that process, analyze and interpret biological data, and efficiently aid in novel and faster discoveries in the field of life sciences.
  • Business Intelligence: data-driven solutions that encompass data analysis, reporting, and decision-making, optimizing operations and strategy.
  • Green Innovation: sustainability-focused initiatives within the pharmaceutical industry value chain, spanning from production to delivery, e.g., eco-friendly environmentally sustainable practices and technologies, carbon emission reduction efforts, energy-efficiency enhancements, and advancements in materials, green chemistry, transportation, smart buildings, and waste management.

Five (5) proposals will be selected to go through a six-week (6) Accelerator.

Don't miss the opportunity to accelerate your business growth, to refine your business model, optimize your value propositions, and potentially score a future collaboration with Pfizer.

During the acceleration phase, the 5 selected startups will have the chance to work with a dedicated global or local Pfizer Mentor and participate in various activities with experts to refine their technology, products, and services, sharpen their business model and maximize their value proposition.

A judging committee of global and local experts in Technology, Innovation and Business, in the final pitch day (Demo Day), will select and award the two best proposals with cash prizes of € 25,000 and € 10,000, respectively for the 1st and 2nd winning teams.

The final deadline for submissions is May 22, 2023 (23:59 EET)
