The grand final of STEM STARS GREECE at the Technopolis City of Athens!

We invite you to the grand final of the pan-Hellenic competition STEM STARS Greece 2022, which will be held on Saturday, April 2 as part of the Athens Science Festival 2022, in the Technopolis of the Municipality of Athens.

The event will be open to the public from 15:00 to 17:00, where you will be able to see the work of the teams (Neoi Fourni), while at 17:00 will follow the award ceremony (Amphitheater) which will also be open!

The first two teams / participants will win a chance to compete online in the International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) 2022. This will be the second time that students from Greece will participate in the ISEF competition to claim international awards and prizes totaling more than $ 5 million.

The responsibility for the competition lies with the Non-Profit Organization, SciCo. The competition is funded by the US Embassy in Athens and is under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Religions. The competition is sponsored by PricewaterhouseCoopers Greece (PwC Greece). The sponsor of the finals is Microsoft Hellas. The awards are sponsored by O3 - Out Of the Ordinary.

The Athens Science Festival, which started in 2014, is organized by SciCo, the British Council Greece and the Technopolis of the Municipality of Athens.

📍 Admission is free and open to the public for Saturday 02/04 from 15:00 to 17:00 and at the awards ceremony, 17: 00-18: 00.
📍 To enter the area it is necessary to show a certificate of vaccination or disease. Minors from 4 to 17 years old may, alternatively, submit a 24-hour self-test for COVID-19.
