PROJECT MANAGER

Full-time job
SciCo is looking for a full time employer for the position of Project Manager in Albania.

The goal is to undertake a  project that aims to bring about systemic change and come with a significant social impact. As a Project Manager you will collaborate with the Project Management team of the certain project you will work on and the STEM team, based in Greece and the cooperative parties of the project as well, in order to contribute to the creation of concepts, the planning and implementation of the project, always ensuring their quality and timely delivery.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Control and processing of all daily tasks required for the smooth operation of the project
  • Collaboration with other teams involved in the projects to ensure timely and qualitative implementation of deliverables and guidance for internal and external associates involved in each project
  • Monitoring and controlling the project expenses and financial management, based on the predetermined budget
  • Preparation and supervision of all project deliverables and final reports
  • Development of strong working relationships with the SciCo team, with current and future collaborators as well as with the populations of interest to which our projects are addressed
  • Traveling to areas of interest to conduct trainings, supervise projects and develop strategic relationships with the local agencies
  • Participation in the design of new activities and the development of new synergies
  • Representation of SciCo at events and meetings in Albania

Required features and qualifications::

  • Holder of a bachelor’s degree or higher in Sciences, Engineering, Economics
  • Previous experience in a corresponding position 
  • Attention to detail, flexibility, resourcefulness
  • Communicational skills
  • Ability to work in groups and individually
  • Organizational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) Specialization
  • Familiar with coding educational tools
  • Fluent speaker of Albanian
  • Fluent speaker of English
  • Previous experience in the education field
  • Advanced computer skills, acquainted with online platform coordination
  • Resident in Albania

STEM EDUCATOR

Part-time job
SciCo is looking for a part time employer for the position of STEM Educator in Albania.

The goal is to undertake a  project that aims to bring about systemic change and come with a significant social impact. As a STEM Educator you will collaborate with the Project Management team of the certain project you will work on and the STEM team, based in Greece and the cooperative parties of the project as well, in order to contribute to the timely and qualitative implementation of the project.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Processing of all daily tasks required for the smooth operation of the project
  • Collaboration with other teams involved in the project

  • Organizational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Resident in Albania
