Digital Content Manager
SciCo is looking for a full time employer for the position of Digital Content Manager.
As a Digital Content Manager you will collaborate with the Content Supervisor and the Project Management team of the certain project you will work on. The goal is to create scientific communication material for online content and online events. In this context, in collaboration with the rest of the team, you will be requested to create interesting online content based on certain specifications, manage the agenda of the online events and take the necessary actions for their implementation.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Creation of online content – scientific topics
- Designing and implementation of communication plan
- Text editing in both Greek and English language
- Design, organization and implementation of online events in collaboration with the rest of the team
- Providing proposals for participants in online events (scientists, influencers, public speakers, etc.)
- Communication management with proposed participants to ensure participation
- Collaboration with internal team and external associates to ensure the optimal implementation of the project
Desired qualifications:
- Graduate of a University, Technological Education Institute or corresponding foreign institution
- Previous experience in a corresponding position
- Very good use of written language in Greek and English (translation and content creation skills)
- Advanced skills with the use of PC
- Attention to detail, flexibility, resourcefulness
- Ability to work in groups and individually
- Ability to work to tight deadlines

European Project Manager
Full-time job
SciCo is looking for an associate to fill the position of European Project Manager. As a European Project Manager you will undertake the management and monitoring of projects funded by the European Union and implemented by SciCo in collaboration with international partners and you will participate in the submission of EU funding applications.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Designing, organization and implementation of project activities, such as communication activities, events, etc., according to the specifications and needs of the project
- Collaboration with the internal team and external partners and coordination of the responsibilities and actions, when involved in any of the project deliverables
- Ensuring valid and timely completion and creation of required reports and documents for the monitoring of the projects
- Participation in the design of new activities and the development of new synergies
- Development of strong working relationships with the SciCo team, with current and future collaborators as well as with the populations of interest to which our projects are addressed
Desired qualifications:
- Graduate of a University, Technological Education Institute or corresponding foreign institution
- Previous experience of 2+ years in a European program management position (Erasmus+, Horizon, etc.)
- Good knowledge and understanding of the procedures and methodologies followed for the implementation of European projects
- Experience in writing proposals and European programs (eg Erasmus, Horizon, Creative Europe) will be considered an advantage
- Very good use of spoken and writteni language in Greek and English and ability to represent SciCo at an international level
- Attention to detail, flexibility, resourcefulness
- Ability to work in groups and individually
- Organizational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines

Senior Project Manager

SciCo is looking for an associate for the position of Senior Project Manager. In the context of our collaboration with a variety of organizations and companies, we undertake projects that aim to bring about systemic change and come with a significant social impact. As a Senior Project Manager, you will collaborate with the Project Managers team and the STEM team, in order to contribute to the creation of concepts, the planning and implementation of projects, always ensuring their quality and timely delivery.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Control and processing of all daily tasks required for the smooth operation of the projects
- Collaboration with other teams involved in the projects to ensure timely and qualitative implementation of deliverables and guidance for internal and external associates involved in each project
- Monitoring and controlling the project expenses and financial management, based on the predetermined budget
- Preparation and supervision of all project deliverables and final reports
- Development of strong working relationships with the SciCo team, with current and future collaborators as well as with the populations of interest to which our projects are addressed
- Traveling to areas of interest to conduct trainings, supervise projects and develop strategic relationships with the local agencies
- Participation in the design of new activities and the development of new synergies
- Representation of SciCo at events and meetings in Greece or abroad
Desired qualifications:
- Holder of a master’s degree or higher
- Previous experience of at least 3 years in a corresponding position
- Very good use of spoken and written language in Greek and English
- Advanced computer skills
- Attention to detail, flexibility, resourcefulness
- Ability to work in groups and individually
- Organizational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
